Cancellation Policy
At our swimming school, we understand that plans change and sometimes it is necessary to cancel a class or package. To ensure fair and reasonable treatment for all of our customers, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation notice: A 24-hour notice is required for canceling a class or package. If less than 24-hour notice is given, the class or package will be forfeited. Make-up classes: If a student needs to cancel a class or package, they may schedule a make-up class at no additional charge. Package classes: If a student purchased a package of classes, they will be allowed to schedule a make-up class or they can use the credit towards the next package. No-show: If a student does not show up for a scheduled class, the class will be forfeited and no refund or credit will be given. Changes or cancellations by the school: In the event that we need to cancel or change a class, we will make every effort to notify you in a timely manner and you may schedule a make-up class or receive a credit towards the next package.
